In 1992 Jenny and Adrian Dunderdale decided to launch our estate agents, in those days we were known as Jenny Dunderdale & Company Estate Agents. Jenny had worked for many years as an estate agent in Lytham and felt that the time was right to launch her own family estate agency business. Our first office was situated in Clifton Walk Shopping Arcade off Clifton Street, we expanded a few years later into an adjoining unit.
Jenny and Adrian ran the estate agents and were helped by a team of staff. Due to the success of the estate agents Jenny and Adrian’s eldest daughter Nicola Dunderdale, now Nicola Asquith joined on a part time basis in the mid 1990’s when she was at college and university and on a full-time basis in 1998 after graduating. She was made a partner a few years later and helped run the estate agents with Jenny and Adrian.
A few years later Nicola’s husband Stephen Asquith joined the family estate agents after working for many years as a Building Surveyor at a local surveyor’s practice.
With two generations of the family involved in our estate agents we decided in 2006 to change the name to Dunderdale Asquith to reflect Nicola’s married name and Stephen’s involvement as well as Jenny and Adrian’s role.
In 2011 we decided to move to our current premises at 10 Park Street, Lytham which gave us the added benefit of a very large high street window display and a much larger office to accommodate all our many staff.
Jenny has now retired and Nicola Asquith now owns the estate agency and her husband Stephen Asquith helps run the estate agents with Nicola. In addition to Nicola and Stephen we have a fantastic team of staff. Charlotte Regan and Evie Selbie who are Sales Negotiator/Sales Progressor’s and Yvonne Bury, Lauryna Vrubliauskaite and Caroline Greensmith who deal with enquiries, admin and accompany our viewers through our many properties. All our staff live in the local area and have a thorough knowledge of Lytham St. Annes and the surrounding area.
