We were invited to London to an awards ceremony where we were awarded our trophy by Martin Roberts from the television series “Homes Under the Hammer”. In 2018 we were awarded Bronze winner for the Lancashire North West England region.
The British Property Awards assesses all estate agents in each geographical area to find the best performing agent for customer service each year. This is carried out by their in-house mystery shoppers who phone, email and visit estate agent premises so they can assess how each estate agent performs. Nicola Asquith said, “We are thrilled to have received these Awards, particularly as we were unaware that we were being judged so were just carrying on with our business as usual. We know that we provide a first-class service, but it is lovely to have this recognised and confirmed by such a respected and independent body. It’s a huge achievement and all of our staff should be extremely proud of the hard work and commitment they give on a daily basis”.
