Lytham


Lytham is a lovely place to come and live and has so much to offer a buyer. Lytham has some lovely boutique independent shops and a wide array of restaurants and smaller cafes and coffee shops. We have some stunning coastline and the infamous Lytham Green and Lytham Windmill. There is nothing better than taking a sunset walk along the sea front. We also have some hidden gems, like Witchwood and Green Drive which provide lovely woodland walks. Lytham's facilities for families are fabulous with the superb park at Park View and of course Lytham Hall which provides a year round attraction for both families and couples alike. Golf lovers will be in heaven with both Green Drive Golf Club and Fairhaven Golf Club accessible within Lytham's boundaries.

St. Annes

St. Annes


St. Annes is all about the beach. The beach at St. Annes is simply stunning, miles and miles of lovely golden beaches. St. Annes also has a pier with lots of facilities on the sea front from trampolines, mini golf, fairground rides and beach huts which can be hired. St. Annes centre has many shops to choose from and some superb restaurants. St. Annes has the world famous Royal Lytham Golf Club and the St. Annes Old Links Golf Club to offer golf lovers. There are many hotels lining the Promenade and in the summer it is a really popular tourist destination with all it has to offer.

Fairhaven

Fairhaven


Fairhaven's main attraction is the famous Fairhaven Lake which is a fantastic place to visit for both families and couples. Fairhaven Lake has recently opened up a new adventure playground and a brand new mini golf course. It also host's the local RSPB centre which is a hive of information about all the many birds that visit our coastline. The properties that surround the Lake from the White Church to AKS school in front of the railway line are classed as being in Fairhaven and it is a lovely area to live a short stroll to the Lake and walkable to Ansdell village centre.

Ansdell

Ansdell


Ansdell is not far from Lytham approximately a mile away and is a bit of a hidden gem. Ansdell has it's own village centre with a large number of shops and cafes. Ansdell has it's own train station and a library as well as a post office, butchers and bakery. It has very much a village feel and is a lovely area to live. Two of the largest senior schools are walkable from the village centre as well as a local primary school so it is an ideal location to live if you have a family. Fairhaven Lake is also a short stroll away.

Wrea Green

Wrea Green


Wrea Green is a picturesque village with the village green located in the centre of the village where you can often see the local cricket teams playing in the summer. In the centre of the village there is a lovely local primary school and the village pub"The Grapes". Wrea Green also has the added advantage of having Ribby Hall on it's outskirts which has all sorts of activities on offer from swimming pools, spa facilities and restaurants. Wrea Green is a 10 minute drive from Lytham and close to the M55 links.

Warton

Warton


Warton is just down the road from Lytham and is an ideal location to live close to British Aerospace one of the main employers in the area. There are some lovely properties and quite a few newer developments which have been built over the last few years. If you choose Warton you will have easy access to Preston, Kirkham and Freckleton.

Freckleton

Freckleton


Freckleton is a lovely village with a thriving village centre. It is approximately a 10 minute drive from Lytham and close to Warton and Kirkham. There are a wide range of different types of properties available some of which on the edge of the village offer lovely rural views.
