Your property will be displayed with a selection of your internal photographs in our high street office both internally in the main office and on a rotation in the front window. In addition, we also have a screen which displays all our properties 24/7 in the window.
All properties coming onto the market must have an Energy Performance Certificate ordered before coming to market. We can recommend and organise a local reputable energy assessor who can undertake this for you at a competitive price.
Our staff always carry out accompanied viewings for you at times convenient for yourself. We are open 7 days a week, so we are very flexible to fit around both you and your viewers requirements. Our staff members will either give you the feedback from the viewing directly to you at the viewing or as soon as they get back to the office. We also provide you with a follow up feedback for those viewings that show potential a couple of days later.
A really important part of what we do is work hard to get you the best possible price for your property, both at the viewing stage and also during the negotiation process. We always ask for proof of funds from your buyer so we can verify that they have the ability to proceed and in cases where there is a chain we check the chain with the agents down the chain to verify the length and progression of the sales of the properties in the chain before we put the offer to you.
